When will my order arrive?

Delivery times for items will vary depending on the source. Borders Online sources titles from distributors both locally and overseas. The expected shipping and delivery times will be displayed in the product information for each title.

Delivery times for items will vary depending on the source. Borders Online sources titles from suppliers both locally and overseas. The expected despatch and delivery times are shown against each title - click on the "In Stock/delivery" link shown against each title. Delivery times are also shown when you add titles to you basket and on your order confirmation email.

You can also see the delivery time in your online account, just click on the Order History link in the My Account pages.

Please note all items are delivered by Australia Post and can be subject to occasional postal delays.
