Those ten nations were: (1) Germany/Austria; (2) Vichy France; (3) Fascist Italy; (4) Authoritarian Hungary; and the Quisling regimes of the (5) North Slavs; the (6) Benelux nations; (7) the West Scandinavians; (8) the South Slavs; (9) Greece, and (10) Romania.
