  My husband and I LOVED this book! It not only saved our sleep- but also our marriage I think! We had a baby who who could not or would not sleep during the day, had a witching hour that lasted from 4pm to 9pm and woke several times through the night. Within 48 hours of following this book's advice we had a new child who thrived on Tizzie Hall's routines. This book changed our life! It's a MUST for new parents.
