Disappointing and boring. You can feel the author padding the book with irrelevant words.

Very amazing story. Very readable.22/08/2010
Good summary of the events and (like all Taylor's works) good analysis of the reasons behind the continuation of senseless ungainful slaughter in the war. It is a good book on the background before proceeding with books on individual campaigns of WWI.19/09/2010
The title is a misnomer. Most of the passage covers existing and older weapons with very interesting details on technical aspects of design and principles of operation but there is not much about future weapons exact a few pages that do not tell much.19/09/2010

There are formatting errors in the ebook. Unless you select the smallest font, the words are only 1 inch wide.

Very good book on a beautiful mind. The foot notes in the book are very cricual and you will need a good ereader that allows you to click on those foot notes numbers to jump to the foot note section and then jumping back by page number to where you are.09/09/2010
This is Raputin overdose! I've read quite a few books on him including his daughter's book which I won't recommend. This book is based on "the File" and offers a very detailed account of the events. It also introduces the religious concepts that may seem alien to us nowadays but vital is explaning how people of that time believed in as an explanation of the whole phenomenon. Will be my last book on the subject. Most book treat the subject as a freak show and I must say that's more fun! Towards last quarter of the electronic book, there are rampant spelling problems. Probably the book was transcribed via OCR and the person doing proofreading has fallen asleep. Blatant spelling problems of a non human nature. Many disturbing spelling miskates!20/09/2010
Way superior to the Kobo, which freeze a few times a day with very short battery life. PDF reading is realistically useable. MP3 playing at 320bps can at times of troublesome. Very good screen and very fast processor compared to even the Havon N526. Dictionary is good and memory is expandable. It seems you must install the Sony software to start using Adobe Digital Editions even if you don't intend to use the Sony software.03/10/2010
I have two 6 inch readers. Both of them has frequent intermittent problem of saying DRM issues upon switching on and reading a DRM controlled book. Then ALL you book's book marks, reading position and notes will be LOST and you have to switch off and switch on again. This can be avoided by never switching off the unit (or never let power management let it switch off itself). Sleep mode is OK. Another (minor) issue is when you unplug the USB, never touch it until it settles down. Otherwise it can easily hang.
