Where’s My Order?
Please note that many of the products on our website are dispatched from our US and UK suppliers. Delivery can take 3-4 weeks or more. Please check your confirmation email for the delivery expectation of each product.

ALL deliveries come via standard Australia Post. We do not use a tracking service so please contact your local Australia Post office if you parcel does not arrive within the delivery time stated on your confirmation email.

Where can I find your stores?
All Borders stores in Australia closed in 2011.

Can I use my Borders Gift Card online?
The company that owned Borders when your gift card was issued is no longer in operation and we are unable to accept these cards in the online store. For any gift card enquiries please contact Ferrier Hodgson at redgroup@fh.com.au by email. We are unable to answer any queries relating to gift cards sent to us through the contact us page.

Availability of books
If a book is not shown on our web site, or it is shown but has no price or buy button we currently do not offer it for sale. The range of stock available changes daily so check back often. We are unable to answer any queries relating to books which are not available on the site through the contact us page

Can I publish or sell my book through you?
Borders Australia is not a publisher and we are unable to assist you with any enquiry you may have about how to sell your book. At present, we are only able to buy product from major Australian distribution houses. We are unable to answer any queries relating to these matters sent to us through the contact us page
