Great filler!

Strange. I actually had the feeling that half the book was written by someone other than Riordan (despite very frequent claims that the author was all over it - stated so often it fed my doubts) and it could certainly have used a more thorough editing, but the three short stories were great; the action scenes we tend to get at the end of each book without the dragging on of build-up drama. THE SWORD OF HADES was especially fun; poor Iapetus!
