This book is fantastic. Recipes, meal plans, nutritional advise! its all there. the best bit is total prep and cooking time for most meals rarely goes over 30mins. This is very important as focussing on taking time to live a healthy lifestyle whilst working and managing a house hold is tough. this is must for every kitchen.
