This book is full of pros and cons, well one pro and one con, actually. The pro being that upon putting the advice given out in the book into action, positive results occur. The con, the inescapable con, is that it's nothing you didn't already know. Skip it, I say, save yourself the cash and instead purchase a fish oil and fibre supplement as the author suggests, the only thing you'll be missing out on is the dim, Zoolanderesque poses (or pose, should I say, as there only seems to be one) of the cover girl.
